For instance, choosing the right gamification can be a huge asset to HR and training professionals, but the difficult part is implementing “proper design.” So, it’s very important that you’re prepared with a strategy useful techniques and approaches for managing gamification projects with as much ease as possible. This game show style experience will include an instructional designer, a project manager, and an end client who will discuss the benefits and shortcomings of a gamification project plan that’s revealed to the audience.
