COVID-19's Impact on Workplace Culture: HR Strategies for Keeping the Workforce Engaged and Positive During Difficult Times - On-Demand

Webinar now available On-Demand.

WEBINAR SNAPSHOT: Learn how to manage COVID-19’s impact on workplace culture with HR strategies for keeping the workforce engaged and positive during difficult times.

Faced with one of the biggest national crises of modern history, most organizations are having to pivot—some are transitioning to an all-remote workforce, while others have had to cut hours—and in some cases jobs. It’s likely the COVID-19 pandemic also will test the strength of your company culture.

Right now, it’s critical to maintain a positive work culture—whatever that looks like given the organization’s underlying business—that engages the workforce.

Use this on-demand webinar with workplace culture expert Jennifer Martinez who will help you navigate this uncharted, anxiety-ridden time with practical strategies on how to keep the workforce positive and engaged during difficult times that test businesses and the human spirit.

Martinez has been working tirelessly with her own clients since the start of the COVID-19 crisis on how to best manage remote employees and plan layoffs and furloughs if it has come to that, and she will teach you how to navigate the unprecedented territory this national public health emergency crisis has created.

After attending this webinar you’ll be able to:

  • Spot the top 5 signs your company is on the right cultural track in how it’s managing its response to COVID-19
  • Empower business leaders to send a strong message of resilience, strength, and understanding during this difficult time
  • Break down communications silos that could hinder the new reality of the emergency remote workforce and find ways to still boost morale when furloughs or layoffs may be in the cards
  • Maintain accountability and business results while being sensitive to the anxiety—and potential sickness—your workforce may be dealing with
  • Find ways to illustrate your organization’s core values through continued initiatives and frequent communications with the workforce
