WEBINAR SNAPSHOT: Learn the secrets to making a safety department of one a success.

Safety professionals at all organizations must balance a plethora of responsibilities, from training and recordkeeping to developing programs, tracking progress with metrics, performing audits and inspections, securing buy-in and engagement throughout the organization, and much more.

And, if you’re a safety department of one, balancing all of these myriad duties may seem impossible at times. How can a safety professional successfully juggle all of these duties within time and resource constraints without sacrificing safety or allowing something to slip through the cracks?

The solution requires finding ways to leverage resources, identify allies in the organization, and delegate effectively to increase your impact.

Join us on November 21 when Cathi Marx will reveal practical tips for safety professionals to leverage limited resources and maximize their impact while building and sustaining an excellent culture of safety.

You’ll learn how to quickly and effectively:

  • Identify allies in your organization who can help you increase your safety impact
  • Manage your time and focus on the responsibilities and tasks with the largest impact
  • Identify opportunities to drive safety engagement by delegating responsibilities and increasing ownership among supervisors and employees
  • Communicate the value of safety initiatives to secure needed resources
  • Locate and use resources outside your organization to make your job easier
