Webinar now available On-Demand.

WEBINAR SNAPSHOT: Learn how to conduct a fall hazard survey and assessment to minimize the risk of slips, trips, falls, resultant workplace injuries. and costly OSHA citations.

Slips, trips, and falls remain one of the leading causes of serious work-related injuries and deaths. Though OSHA’s 2017 Walking-Working Surfaces and Fall Protection Rule helped protect workers in general industry from these hazards by updating and clarifying standards and adding training and inspection requirements, employers won’t know just how many fall hazards their premises contains and whether fall protection or personal protective equipment (PPE) is required unless they conduct a fall hazard survey and assessment.

Use this on-demand webinar with Fall Protection Specialist Jake Williams of REK Associates who will walk you through step by step on how to conduct a fall hazard survey and assessment of your worksite to minimize the risk of slip-, trip-, and fall-related injuries and avoid costly OSHA citations.

After attending this webinar, you will be able to:

  • Create and conduct an effective fall hazard survey and assessment at your facility
  • Identify where potential fall hazards are on your premises
  • Evaluate which hazards require the use of PPE
  • Determine whether guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems are needed
  • Mitigate the fall risks for you and your coworkers

And, as a bonus for attending, you’ll receive BLR’s Safety Toolbox Talk
Fall Protection: Preventing Falls in General Industry!
