HR Passport FAQ

How do I earn recertification credit for attending courses within the HR Passport portal?

Upon attending a live course you will be prompted to take an evaluation at the end. Once you’ve completed the evaluation form, you will receive your credit certificate or a general certificate of attendance that you can then upload into your attended webinars on the HR Passports portal to track your certificates. Users will still need to submit their credit information to the appropriate accrediting body in order to validate their recertification credits.


I didn’t receive an email alert with access instructions. What should I do?

If you did not receive an email with your access instructions, check your junk or spam folder. To ensure future delivery, whitelist If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Tech Support by phone at 844-687-0479 or email at Also be sure to whitelist in order to receive the Weekly Event Digest email, which highlights upcoming programs.


How do I receive on-demand access after a program has aired?

Simply log into the HR Passport portal, click on Search Webinars within the menu on the left-hand side of the page, enter a keyword that matches your desired webinar or search by date, click the webinar you are interested in watching, and click Watch.


Can I receive recertification credit for on-demand programs?

Approvals of SHRM and HRCI credits are only valid within the calendar year of the program’s original air date. Please see  information listed under the credits tab in the description section to confirm program eligibility.


What do I do if I forgot my username and/or password to the HR Passport or if I need my password reset?

Where can I see the courses I added to my Favorites?

Throughout HR Passports, you will see a star next to each course. All courses that you indicated as a favorite, will have a solid gray or yellow star. To view all your favorites, click Search Webinars on the left-hand menu, and select Favorites within the ‘Filter by Favorites’ drop down.


I RSVP’d for a course and now I am unable to attend. What should I do?

If you are unable to attend a course, simply click the title to enter the details page and click the green RSVP’d button. After confirming that you are unable to attend, your RSVP will be reversed: the program will be removed from your “My Upcoming Webinars” list and reappear as a “Suggested Webinar” at the top of the page. (You may need to refresh the webpage to see this update.)
