Webinar now available On-Demand.

WEBINAR SNAPSHOT: Learn how to integrate HR and safety to create a strong and effective program to enhance the overall safety and accountability of your organization.

Many times, HR staff are given the responsibility of administering a safety program as an “add-on” to their HR responsibilities. The problem with that is they general begin without really understanding the importance of ensuring that there’s a cohesive, fully-integrated strategy for achieving safety success. The good news, though, is that if you can successfully administer a strong HR program with a positive impact on employee culture, you can do the same for safety!

In fact, integrating a strong safety culture into an HR program does a lot more than just help lower citations. Effective safety culture integration has shown to lower workers’ compensation costs, reduce safety-related incidents in the workplace, and avoid extensive OSHA violations and penalties.

Use this in-depth on-demand webinar led by father-daughter team, Debra and Leo Parent, owner and lead consultant of DJP Rightfit Consulting and Recruiting, LLC, an HR and Safety consulting service. They’ll teach you how to integrate your HR and safety efforts so that you’re able to develop a strong employee relations program and safety culture at the same time.

You’ll learn:

  • The extensive benefits of integrating HR and safety programs
  • Examples of HR and safety programs that exist too much in their own respective vacuums to positively impact the organization’s underlying safety and safety culture goals
  • Signs that your HR program could be missing important opportunities to develop strong employee relations that support the safety culture
  • What every comprehensive safety program needs—and how to ensure that your HR programs provide the relevant support for success
  • What can happen if you don’t properly integrate HR and safety programs effectively
  • How to successfully develop and implement an integrated program
