Available: On-Demand Webinar
Please join us for an engaging on-demand webinar led by Celeste Duke, SPHR, the Managing Editor at BLR. This webinar focuses on essential topics and emerging trends that HR professionals should prioritize for the remainder of the year.
During this webinar, we will learn about the following subjects:
- The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA): Understand the implications of this recently enacted federal law that enhances protections for pregnant employees. We will explore how this law affects employers who operate in states with similar legislation already in place.

- Non-compete contracts: Stay informed about the positions of key organizations like the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) regarding non-compete agreements in employment.
- Form I-9: Explore the potential for significant changes this year, including a streamlined form with updated processes and the possibility of permanent remote verification.
