Graham Brent is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO), responsible for the management and direction of all aspects of the administration and development of NCCCO's national personnel certification programs.

Graham has more than 30 years’ experience in construction safety, over 20 of them in personnel certification program development and management. He has achieved recognition and adoption of all 28 NCCCO certification programs at both the state and federal level, as well as among diverse industry groups, by building consensus around shared safety goals and hazard mitigation, and by successfully navigating regulatory compliance pathways.

Thom Sicklesteel is the third generation of a family that brought cranes and lifting equipment to the Pacific Northwest. Under his leadership, Sicklesteel Cranes, Inc. won multiple national and regional safety awards. Thom served as a panelist for SBREFA Committee that reviewed the CDAC proposed rule and provided testimony on OSHA’s Crane Rule to ACCOSH. He is also a voting member on the ASME B30.5 Subcommittee and serves as an alternate on ASME B30 Main Committee. Thom serves on the board of the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators, Inc. (NCCCO) and is currently the Immediate Past President.
