Everyone in your organization is responsible for exemplifying and reinforcing positive, civil behavior. This means entry level employees, all the way up to C-Suite Executives, play a role in creating an inclusive work environment and culture. To do so, they must understand how their personal communication style affects those around them and adjust accordingly, as well as adopt actionable tools for addressing non-inclusive behavior when they witness it.

Use this on-demand webinar on how to provide your organization with tangible tools for creating an inclusive workplace where every employee is involved in sustaining a positive culture.

After attending this webinar, you’ll be able to:

  • Recognize power dynamics that emerge in workplace communications and interactions and consider how you may be pushing your communication style on others

  • Continue your education using books, magazines, articles and by diversifying your networking and volunteering
