Webinar now available On-Demand.

WEBINAR SNAPSHOT: Risk managers cannot create a strong and sustainable safety culture without invested, engaged employees. Join us for a webinar that will provide key insights into the organizational factors that can bolster or harm employee motivation. Learn how to create the optimal balance between incentives and consequences to support your safety culture and how to implement strategies to gain employee buy-in and trust for your safety program efforts.

Employers consistently identify employee engagement as the key pain point in their safety program. And without engaged employees, a safety program cannot progress beyond top-down compliance to become a strong and sustainable safety culture. What are the obstacles to employee engagement in safety, and how can safety professionals leverage their roles to identify and remove these barriers?

Use this on-demand webinar that provides key insights into the organizational factors that can bolster or harm employee motivation, the optimal balance between incentives and consequences to support your safety culture, and strategies to gain employee buy-in and trust for your safety program efforts.

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Assess your employees’ level of buy-in and ownership in your safety program and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Identify strategies to increase empowerment, ownership, and engagement in your safety initiatives
  • Find and fix organizational and cultural barriers to employee motivation and engagement
  • Strike an effective balance between incentives and consequences to reinforce your safety culture without over-relying on rewards or discipline
  • Build strong relationships with employees and leaders throughout your organization to become allies in your safety efforts
