A critical part of the implementation of risk management is developing and delivering training to risk assessment team members. Organizations need a framework for this process that includes using adult learning principles to customize content for risk identification, analysis, and evaluation.

But in the process many questions may arise, including which stakeholders should be on the team, how to maintain their effectiveness once they begin to work, and how to expand the process in an organization that needs multiple teams.

After attending this webinar, you will be able to:

  • Evaluate the unique needs of a risk assessment team and identify relevant stakeholders;
  • Apply training course development concepts to develop customized risk assessment team training content;
