Pay Surveys: How Benchmarking Data Can Help You Competitively Price Your Jobs
Pay Surveys Webinar Recording
The great recession pushed the pause button, not the stop button, on employee movement. Disengaged employees now have more opportunities to go elsewhere, and if they're not given the right incentives, they may do just that. And while competitive pay isn't everything, it's a huge piece of the retention puzzle.
If you don't want your best employees to jump ship, it's crucial for you to get compensation just right, and an effective way to that is with pay surveys. By participating in our interactive compensation webinar on September 18, you'll learn the ins and outs of creating a compensation package that will retain and engage top talent. You'll get tips on where to find the right compensation data as well as how to use it to benchmark positions and ensure competitiveness in the market.
You'll also learn:
- The purpose of market pricing, and how it fits into your total rewards package
- How to identify and evaluate the salary surveys that are right for your organization
- Who your competition is
- Key elements of salary data and how they apply to your organization
- How to interpret salary survey data -- and the mistakes to avoid if you’re new to gathering this type of information
