Debra Parent is President and Owner of Right Fit Recruiting, LLC, providing HR and Safety consulting services to small businesses in Southeastern Massachusetts. Ms. Parent has over 29 years of experience as an HR/Safety professional in leadership positions and has been engaged by her client firms to develop corporate HR, Safety and Environmental procedures and policies, evaluate existing HR/Safety Programs, provide advice on difficult employee relations issues, conduct HR departmental audits, on site safety audits, conduct managerial coaching, provide training and development for managerial staff and provide training to employees and managers on developing a safe work culture. 

Leo Parent 
Safety Consultant 
DJP Rightfit Consulting and Recruiting, LLC 

Leo Parent is the Safety Consultant for Rightfit Recruiting, LLC, providing HR and Safety consultation to clients in the Southeastern Massachusetts area. He has over 42 years of experience in total with 32 years spent as a Safety Director for ICI Americas Chemical Company (now Zeneca). He began his career as a Production Supervisor. Mr. Parent then spent another 10 years at Lopes Construction in Taunton, MA, as their first Safety Director. He has a tremendous amount of experience with on-site safety inspections, safety program development, and OSHA inspections. He presently consults with D’Allessandro Corp. in Avon, MA, a heavy utility construction contractor, and regularly provides coaching and training to job site Foremen.
