HR Notices and Disclosures Webinar Recording

It’s not exactly the most exciting part of an HR manager's job, but keeping up with notice and disclosure requirements is crucial to keeping your organization in compliance with state and federal laws.

Consider these recent regulations that affect your workplace postings:

  • The NLRB issued a rule requiring a posted notice of employees’ rights under the National Labor Relations Act. The April 2012 deadline for complying with the notice requirement is fast-approaching.
  • FMLA regulations expanded employer notice requirements into four new phases: general, eligibility, rights and responsibilities, and designation.
  • The EEOC’s Notice Supplement was revised to include new information concerning disability rights and information for employers who are federal contractors. In addition, the U.S. Department of Labor amended regulations last year that address a number of areas under FLSA that impact tip credit requirements for employers.
