HR in Corporate Compliance Webinar Recording

An organization's most important asset is its people. No matter what you're providing or producing, the ultimate success or failure of an organization depends on your people. Without a thorough grasp on the core values and principles of job candidates and employees, HR’s effectiveness in creating and maintaining a strong corporate culture is compromised.

Unethical conduct in the workplace takes a tremendous toll on an organization from top to bottom. From questionable corporate behavior that led to a financial and real estate meltdown to a single employee stealing inventory, unethical behavior costs everyone. HR in Corporate Compliance:Meet the Challenge of Promoting Ethical Behavior and Limiting Liability

About Your Speaker:

Weston Smith speaks frequently on ethics and integrity within business. He is passionate about teaching others the fruits of living and working responsibly, and the consequences of unethical conduct. His background is unusual: He was once CFO of the Fortune 500 company Healthsouth Corporation, who over a dozen years became a Wall Street darling as it grew from one location to over 2000 in all 50 States. However, underneath the glimmering corporate office, the fleet of corporate jets, and “consistent” earnings reports, laid a multi-year multi-billion dollar financial statement fraud. Mr. Smith voluntarily came forward and exposed the fraud to the government and accepted responsibility for his own actions.
