Webinar Rebroadcast: Wednesday, November 28, 2018

2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern / 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pacific

WEBINAR SNAPSHOT: If you or your customers generate hazardous waste, you don’t want to miss this highly informative webinar on generator responsibilities, obligations, and liabilities in order to comply with the new regulations that are now in effect.

ALERT: The new Hazardous Waste Generator Rules went into effect on May 30, 2017 in a few states, and have become effective in an increasing number of states since.

The New Hazardous Waste Generator Rules/Regulations were not enforceable in most states until they had a chance to update and modify their existing programs. But now these new rules and regulations are moving at a rapid pace to the state levels, and should become effective in all states by July 1st, 2019. By then, all states must meet the vast majority of the new federal regulations or face fines from the EPA.

Join us on November 28 for the rebroadcast of popular webinar, when presenter Gery Giannini will provide participants with a clear understanding of how to ensure full compliance with the revised and new mandatory RCRA Generator Rules, in the most strategic and cost-effective manner.

Attending this webinar will:

  • Enhance your understanding of the changes made to the generator rule
  • Enable you to comply with the new requirements
  • Decode how to change regulatory status episodically without changing generator category
  • Clarify what the contingency plan “quick reference guide” is all about
  • Increase your understanding of the changes to implementation dates of generator reporting requirements
  • Instill confidence in creating a comprehensive plan of compliance strategies to enact the new regulations
