Live Webinar: Thursday, March 22, 2018

1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern / 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Pacific

WEBINAR SNAPSHOT: Learn how to increase HR’s credibility and add business value to your company.

It’s difficult, if not impossible, for HR to become a true strategic partner without having a solid grasp of the numbers that matter most to the C-suite. But unless you come from a financial background, it can be challenging to get up to speed—especially when you’re putting out multiple fires nearly every single day.

Help is on the way. Join us for an in-depth webinar on March 22, specifically for high-achieving HR professionals, that will explain how you can develop your business acumen by focusing on behavioral competencies linked to finance, environmental awareness, and entrepreneurial spirit.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Read a financial statement and use it for HR programs
  • Unearth and understand the numbers that truly matter to your CEO
  • Leverage other departments’ knowledge to boost HR's effectiveness
  • Conduct an environmental scan and use the data to improve your HR programs
  • Recognize the importance of an entrepreneurial spirit and how to use it to boost your business acumen and your position as a leader within your company
  • And much more!
